cashph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. cashph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your cashph account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. cashph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account of the same type. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. cashph aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
You must not fund your cashph account using proceeds of criminal activity or any funds that are not legitimately yours. cashph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cashph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
cashph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cashph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cashph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent cashph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
cashph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cashph will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the cashph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
